Epitaph Records Store wants you to be satisfied with your merch; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
