When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page; your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
How do you package vinyl records to prevent damage?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. For high-value or limited edition releases, we include additional padding to ensure your records arrive without corner dings or seam splits.
What is your return policy for apparel and music?
Unworn apparel and unopened media can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vinyl records cannot be returned once the shrink-wrap is removed unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Since we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives warped or skipping?
If you experience playback issues, first ensure your turntable is properly calibrated. If the issue persists, please email us a short video of the defect within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement.
